We have seen a few cases where older iPhone models (6 and below) have thrown the error "We cannot process your request at the moment. Please try again later," when a child is submitting a chore for review. The child can cancel out of the chore, but is not able to complete the chore. Restarting the app or the phone does not fix the problem.
- Remove / Delete the Chorez app from the device.
- Restart the mobile device.
- Return to the App Store and reinstall the Chorez application.
- Launch the app with the master / parent account ID and PW.
- Checkout the problem chore.
This workaround has fixed the problem in 100% of cases so far.
