We have seen a few cases where older iPhone models (6 and below) have thrown the error "We cannot process your request at the moment. Please try again later," when a child is submitting a chore for review. The child can cancel out of the chore, but is not able to complete the chore.  Restarting the app or the phone does not fix the problem.


  1. Remove / Delete the Chorez app from the device.
  2. Restart the mobile device.
  3. Return to the App Store and reinstall the Chorez application.
  4. Launch the app with the master / parent account ID and PW.
  5. Checkout the problem chore.


This workaround has fixed the problem in 100% of cases so far.
